Hainan Airport Facilities subsidiary completes capital increase, registration

Hainan Airport Facilities Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a proportional capital increase for Hainan Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. The subsidiary, Hainan Airport Development Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and non-affiliated party Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. injected funds of 766,846,188.39 yuan and 1,634,764,147.78 yuan, respectively. This capital increase raised Hainan Aviation Technology’s registered capital from 3,746,172,200 yuan to 4,944,718,371.44 yuan.

Following the capital increase, Hainan Airport Development Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. maintain their respective shareholdings in Hainan Aviation Technology at 31.9305% and 68.0695%. The industrial and commercial change registration has been completed, and a new business license obtained.

The asset-liability ratio of Hainan Aviation Technology decreased to approximately 71.59%, a reduction of about 27.91 percentage points from the beginning of 2025. Hainan Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 10, 2009.
