Dutch ministry suspends order against Wingtech's Nexperia

Wingtech Technology announced a significant development concerning its subsidiary, Nexperia. On November 19, 2025, the Dutch minister of economic affairs and climate policy, Vincent Karremans, publicly stated that, following recent developments and consultations, he was suspending a ministerial order against Nexperia. This suspension refers to an order issued on September 30, 2025, which required Nexperia and its affiliated entities globally to refrain from making any adjustments to their assets, intellectual property, business, and personnel for one year.

Despite the suspension of the ministerial order, the ruling by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal's Enterprise Chamber from October 7, 2025, remains in effect. This ruling's validity is unaffected by the suspension of the ministerial order. Consequently, all urgent measures imposed by the Enterprise Chamber are still ongoing.

Wingtech Technology highlighted that its control over Nexperia remains restricted, urging investors to be aware of the investment risks. The company will continue to collaborate with international legal teams to pursue remedies, maintain close monitoring, and conduct dynamic assessments, while fulfilling disclosure obligations.
