Xiamen Xiangyu declares 2025 interim cash dividend of CNY 0.1 per share

Xiamen Xiangyu Co., Ltd. has announced a cash dividend of CNY 0.1 per share (including tax) for the first half of 2025. This distribution, approved by the ninth board of directors at its thirty-seventh meeting on October 29, 2025, and authorized by the 2024 annual general meeting, will be based on the company's total share capital of 2,840,589,339 shares, totaling a payout of CNY 284,058,933.9.

The equity registration date for A-shares is November 24, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for November 25, 2025. This distribution applies to all shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai Branch, by the close of trading on the equity registration date.

The company will handle tax withholding according to relevant regulations. For natural person shareholders and investment funds holding unrestricted shares, no tax will be withheld at the time of distribution, with taxes calculated and deducted upon actual share transfer based on holding period.
