Sanxing Medical subsidiaries win over 125m yuan in provisional grid contracts

Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Aux Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., have been named preferred candidates in recent tenders by State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. and State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd. These provisional wins amount to an estimated 125,290,700.00 yuan in total.

For the State Grid Jiangsu project, Aux Intelligent Technology is the preferred candidate for low-voltage switchgear, box-type substations, with an estimated contract value of 64,714,400.00 yuan.

The State Grid Anhui project sees Sanxing Medical and Aux Intelligent Technology as preferred candidates for communication units, box-type substations, high-voltage switchgear, ring network cabinets, low-voltage integrated distribution boxes, and energy metering boxes, with an estimated contract value of 60,576,300.00 yuan.

While these provisional awards are expected to positively impact the company's operations and performance, the final contract terms and delivery schedules are yet to be determined. Investors are advised to exercise caution as formal notification and final contract signing are pending.
