Fangda Special Steel appoints Zeng Feijun as new general manager

Fangda Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in its senior management, with Chen Wenfeng resigning from his role as general manager. His resignation became effective immediately. Chen's original term was set to expire on May 15, 2028, but he departed on November 12, 2025, due to work adjustments and a personal application. He will not hold any further positions within the company or its subsidiaries.

Following Chen's departure, the company's board of directors appointed Zeng Feijun as the new general manager. This appointment was approved during the Seventh Meeting of the Ninth Session of the Board of Directors held on November 17, 2025. Zeng's tenure will run from the date of the board's approval until the expiration of the Ninth Session of the Board of Directors.

Zeng Feijun, born in December 1972, holds a bachelor's and a master's degree. His professional background includes serving as assistant general manager and blast furnace factory director at Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager at Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd. He currently does not hold any shares in Fangda Special Steel.
