Wuxi Taiji Industry secures RMB 2 bn medium-term note registration

Wuxi Taiji Industry Company Limited announced it has received a "Notice of Acceptance of Registration" from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), confirming the registration of its medium-term notes. The company's 2024 annual general meeting, held on May 16, 2025, approved the proposal to apply for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes not exceeding RMB 2 billion.

The registered amount for the medium-term notes is RMB 2 billion, with the registration valid for two years from the date of the notice. Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Bank Co., Ltd., and CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. will act as joint lead underwriters for the issuance.

Wuxi Taiji Industry plans to issue the medium-term notes in tranches within the registration's validity period. The company will adhere to regulatory requirements and market conditions when determining the timing of the issuance and will disclose information promptly as progress unfolds. Filing with NAFMII will be required for subsequent issuances within the valid period.
