BBMG names Kong Qinghui employee director as leadership shifts

BBMG Corporation announced on November 11, 2025, that its deputy general manager, Mr. Kong Qinghui, resigned from his position effective November 10, 2025, due to work reallocation. Mr. Kong will continue to serve as the company's deputy party secretary. Concurrently, Ms. Hao Liwei ceased to be the company's employee director and a member of the board's audit and risk committee, effective November 10, 2025. Ms. Hao will continue her role as the director of the Green Low-Carbon Environmental Technology Research Institute at Beijing Institute of Building Materials Science, a subsidiary of BBMG.

Following these changes, BBMG's labor union nominated Mr. Kong Qinghui to serve as an employee director for the seventh session of the board of directors, with his term aligning with that of the seventh board. Mr. Kong, born in January 1971, holds a university degree in accounting and an engineering master's degree. He has a notable career history within BBMG and its subsidiaries, including roles as party secretary, chairman, and general manager of Jinyu Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd., and assistant general manager and deputy general manager of BBMG.

The company affirmed that Mr. Kong Qinghui meets all qualifications to serve as an employee director and is not subject to any prohibitions or disqualifications as per relevant laws and regulations. Both departing executives, Mr. Kong and Ms. Hao, confirmed no disagreements with the board and no outstanding claims or unfulfilled commitments.
