Ningbo Sanxing medical subsidiary pre-wins major state grid contract

Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo AUX Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (AUX Smart Technology), has been recommended as a pre-bid winner in the State Grid Corporation of China's 2025 North China Region's second joint procurement project. This project involves overhead insulated conductors, 10KV transformers, and 10KV pole-mounted transformer sets.

The total estimated pre-bid amount for AUX Smart Technology is approximately 168,128,300 yuan. The specific items covered include 10kV oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformers, 10kV dry-type silicon steel sheet transformers, 10kV laminated silicon steel core transformers, and various transformer set components (amorphous alloy, wound silicon steel core, and laminated silicon steel core). This pre-bid win is expected to positively impact the company's operational performance and financial results, without affecting its operational independence.
