Fujian Torch Electron announces new board, management appointments

Fujian Torch Electron Technology Co., Ltd. held its first meeting of the seventh board of directors on November 14, 2025, following the election of its new board at the second extraordinary general meeting on the same day. Cai Jinjun was elected chairman and appointed as the legal representative. The board also established its specialized committees, with Cai Jinjun leading the strategy and ESG committee, and Lin Tao chairing the audit and nomination committees, while Tong Jinzhi will lead the remuneration and assessment committee.

In addition to board appointments, Cai Jinjun was appointed general manager. Other key senior management appointments included Chen Shizong as board secretary, Chen Peiyang, Wu Junmiao, and Wang Qiang as deputy general managers, Zhang Zishan as chief engineer, and Zhou Huanhuan as chief financial officer. The company also appointed Lan Tingjie as securities affairs representative and Su Youzhen as head of the audit department.

All resolutions at the second extraordinary general meeting on November 14, 2025, passed, including changes to the company's registered capital and business scope, and revisions to internal management systems such as the articles of association and rules governing shareholder and board meetings. The total number of voting shares represented at the general meeting was 215,124,070, representing 45.63% of the total voting shares.
