Dalian Bio-Chem appoints new deputy general manager, board secretary

Dalian Bio-Chem Co., Ltd. held its Fifth Board of Directors' Seventeenth Meeting on November 14, 2025, to approve significant personnel changes. The board confirmed the appointment of Wang Chao as the new board secretary, effective immediately and serving until the current term of the Fifth Board of Directors expires. Wang, born in 1993, holds a master's degree from Peking University, is a certified public accountant, and previously held positions at Guosen Securities and China International Capital Corporation.

Concurrently, the board appointed Zhao Liangfeng as the deputy general manager. Zhao, born in 1986, holds a bachelor's degree and brings experience from BASF (China) Co., Ltd. and ANGUS Chemical Company, having served as a sales manager and regional sales manager, respectively. He was also a co-founder and deputy general manager at Shanghai Leju Technology Co., Ltd. and served as the head of the strategic investment department at Dalian Bio-Chem Co., Ltd. Both appointments received unanimous board approval, with 12 votes in favor, none against, and no abstentions. These resolutions were passed following successful qualification reviews by the company's Board Nomination Committee.
