Zhejiang Sunoren Solar changes auditor team for 2025 financial year

Zhejiang Sunoren Solar Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in its signing certified public accountants for the 2025 annual financial statements and internal control audit. This decision follows resolutions passed at the Fifth Board of Directors' Seventh Meeting on April 23, 2025, and the 2024 Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025, which approved the reappointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership).

Initially, Tianjian had assigned Mr. Huang Jiocai and Mr. Li Mingliang as the signing certified public accountants. However, due to Mr. Li Mingliang's departure from Tianjian, Ms. Zhou Yang has been appointed to replace him. Consequently, the revised signing certified public accountants for the company's 2025 annual financial statements and internal control audit are now Mr. Huang Jiocai and Ms. Zhou Yang.

Mr. Huang Jiocai, a certified public accountant since 2007, has been involved in listed company audits since 2005 and has served the company since 2021. Ms. Zhou Yang became a certified public accountant in 2014, started auditing listed companies in 2010, and will begin serving the company in 2025. Both accountants have clean disciplinary records, and the change is not expected to adversely affect the 2025 audit process.
