Skshu Paint announces cash dividend distribution for Q3 2025

Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of its equity distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan (inclusive of tax) per share to its A-share holders. This plan, approved at the first extraordinary general meeting on November 5, 2025, will result in a total cash dividend distribution of 368,908,736.50 yuan, based on a total share capital of 737,817,473 shares.

The equity registration date for the dividend is November 18, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both scheduled for November 19, 2025. Dividends for unrestricted circulating shares will be distributed through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch.

Tax implications vary for different investor types. Natural person shareholders holding shares for over one year are exempt from individual income tax on the dividend, while those holding for one year or less will be subject to varying tax rates upon share transfer. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFIIs) and Hong Kong market investors through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will have a 10% withholding tax applied, receiving 0.45 yuan per share after tax. Other institutional and corporate shareholders are responsible for their own tax payments.
