CRRC announces interim cash dividend for 2025

CRRC Corporation Limited has announced its 2025 interim equity distribution plan, approved at the second extraordinary general meeting on September 22, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.11 yuan per share (tax inclusive) to its A-share holders. Based on a total share capital of 28,698,864,088 shares, the total cash dividend payout will be approximately 3,156,875,050 yuan.

The equity registration date for A-shares is November 19, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for November 20, 2025. Dividends for A-share individual investors and securities investment funds will be subject to differentiated individual income tax policies based on holding period. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) will have a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net dividend of 0.099 yuan per share.

Hong Kong market investors holding A-shares via Stock Connect will also receive 0.099 yuan per share after a 10% withholding tax. For other resident enterprises under the Corporate Income Tax Law, no withholding tax will be applied, and they will receive 0.11 yuan per share.
