Bank of Chengdu to hold third EGM on November 28

Bank of Chengdu Co., Ltd. has announced its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, scheduled for November 28, 2025, at 9:30 AM. The meeting will be held at the Bank of Chengdu Tower, 5th Floor, Room 3, at 16 Xiyu Street, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Shareholders will have the option to vote in person or through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online voting system, which will be available from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting.

Key agenda items include proposals for the issuance of 2026 capital instruments, 2026 special financial bonds, and ordinary financial bonds. Shareholders will also vote on changing the company's registered capital, discontinuing the Supervisory Board, and revising the Articles of Association, the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders' Meetings, and the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings.

The record date for attendance and voting eligibility is November 21, 2025. Shareholder registration for the meeting will take place on November 25-26, 2025.
