ZCZL Industrial Technology Group changes English company and stock names

ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited, formerly known as ZMJ Group Company Limited, announced a change to its English company name and English stock short name. The company's English name has been officially changed from "ZMJ Group Company Limited" to "ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited," effective October 31, 2025, as confirmed by the Hong Kong Companies Registry. The company's Chinese name remains unchanged.

Concurrently, the English stock short name for the company's H-shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from "ZMJ" to "ZCZL," effective November 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The Chinese stock short name and the H-share stock code, "00564," will remain unchanged. All company announcements and documents on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website will continue to be accessible via the company's website, www.zmj.com.

The company confirmed that this change will not affect the rights of shareholders, and all existing share certificates bearing the previous name will remain valid as proof of ownership and for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes. No arrangements will be made for shareholders to exchange existing share certificates for new ones bearing the updated name. New share certificates issued by the company will bear the new name.
