Key adjustments include the removal of provisions related to "Provisions on the Overseas Offering and Listing of Shares by Joint Stock Limited Companies" and "Mandatory Provisions for the Articles of Association of Companies Listed Overseas," which are now obsolete. The updated Articles of Association were officially filed with the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The company's Articles of Association, updated as of October 31, 2025, mark the Twenty-Third Revision. The new articles are available on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website, the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited disclosure website, and the company's official website. Further filings with the Beijing Administration for Market Regulation are underway.
