Tianma Technology announces change in sponsor representatives for A-share project

Fujian Tianma Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced today, November 8, 2025, that it has received notification from Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd., its sponsor institution, regarding a change in its continuing supervision sponsor representatives. This change pertains to the company's 2023 A-share issuance project, conducted via simplified procedures for specific targets.

Previously, Mr. Han Jia and Mr. Deng Wei were the designated sponsor representatives. However, Mr. Deng Wei will no longer continue his role due to work arrangements. To ensure uninterrupted continuing supervision, Guotai Haitong Securities has appointed Ms. Liu Saihui to replace Mr. Deng Wei. Ms. Liu Saihui, a Chinese national and sponsor representative since 2007, brings extensive experience in investment banking, having been involved in numerous IPOs and other projects, including Tianma Technology's own IPO.

The company confirmed that this change will not impact the conclusions or opinions expressed in previously issued materials by the sponsor institution and its representatives. Guotai Haitong Securities and its new and existing representatives will continue to be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of all prior relevant documents. Following this change, the continuing supervision sponsor representatives for the company's 2023 A-share issuance project will be Mr. Han Jia and Ms. Liu Saihui. The company expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Deng Wei for his contributions during his tenure.
