State Grid Information & Communication subsidiaries win 1.3bn yuan in State Grid contracts

State Grid Information & Communication Co., Ltd. (SGICC) announced that its wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries have won bids for projects totaling 1,317,916,600 yuan. The contracts were awarded under the State Grid Corporation of China's 2025 procurement initiatives, including digitalization and transmission projects.

The subsidiaries involved, including China Power Puhua, Jiyuan Software, China Power FeiHua, China Power Qimingxing, Yili Technology, and Yirong Information, secured bids across various categories. These include 216,010,500 yuan for equipment such as servers and network devices, 713,288,600 yuan for development and implementation services, and 388,617,500 yuan for integrated procurement of communication network equipment.

While notification of the winning bids has been received, the contracts are yet to be signed. SGICC noted that the exact impact on future operating performance remains uncertain, and investors are cautioned to be aware of potential risks.
