Kingmed Diagnostics controlling shareholder unpledges significant shares

Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group Company Limited announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Liang Yaoming, has unpledged 6,500,000 shares. This represents 8.76% of his directly held shares and 1.40% of the company's total share capital. The unpledging was completed on November 7, 2025. Liang Yaoming directly holds 74,191,907 shares, accounting for 16.02% of the total share capital.

Following this release, Liang Yaoming and his concerted parties—Yan Ting, Zeng Zhanwen, and four controlled investment partnerships (Shengyu Fang, Xinyu ManYu, Shengyu BoYu, and Ruizhi)—collectively have 31,580,000 shares remaining under pledge. This amounts to 19.14% of their total combined holdings and 6.82% of the company's total share capital.

Liang Yaoming currently has no plans to pledge the recently released shares again. The company commits to ongoing disclosure of any future changes in pledging status. Investors are advised to monitor these developments.
