Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic announces sponsor representative change for share offering

Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (SSE:601100) received notification from China International Capital Corporation Limited regarding a change in the sponsor representatives for its non-public offering of shares project. Mr. Shang Linzheng, the original sponsor representative, will no longer serve in this role due to work adjustments.

To ensure the smooth continuation of ongoing supervision, China International Capital Corporation Limited has appointed Mr. Chen Yida to take over Mr. Shang Linzheng's responsibilities. Mr. Chen Yida will join Mr. Yu Hai as the new sponsor representatives for Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic's non-public offering. Mr. Chen Yida, deputy general manager of the investment banking department at China International Capital Corporation Limited, obtained his sponsor representative qualification in 2021. He has prior experience with several IPOs, including Biren Medical's STAR Market IPO, Pony Testing's ChiNext IPO, and Lingyun Light's STAR Market IPO, and maintains a clean compliance record.
