Inmyshow Digital Technology to abolish board of supervisors

Inmyshow Digital Technology Group (the company) held its eleventh board of directors meeting on November 10, 2025, approving the cancellation of the board of supervisors and corresponding amendments to its articles of association and other governance documents. This strategic move aims to align with current company law, listing rules, and self-regulatory guidelines, entrusting the functions of the supervisory board to the board's audit committee. The existing regulations related to the board of supervisors will be abolished, and all current supervisors will be relieved of their duties upon shareholder approval.

The proposed amendments to the articles of association and various governance policies, including the shareholder meeting rules and board of directors meeting rules, will be submitted for shareholder approval. This change will also involve updates to the remuneration and responsibilities of directors, general managers, and other senior management, as well as modifications to the dividend distribution policy, particularly regarding cash dividend ratios under different company development stages. The revised policies aim to enhance corporate efficiency and governance.
