China Galaxy Securities announces 2025 interim cash dividend

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced its 2025 interim equity distribution plan, approved at an extraordinary general meeting on October 31, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.125 yuan per share (including tax) to A-shareholders. Based on a total share capital of 10,934,402,256 shares, the total cash dividend to be distributed will be 1,366,800,282.00 yuan.

The record date for A-shares is November 14, 2025, with both the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date set for November 17, 2025. Dividends for unlimited tradable shares will be distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited's clearing system. Shareholders who have completed designated trading can collect their cash dividends at their designated securities business departments on the payment date.

Regarding tax, natural person shareholders and investment funds holding shares for over one year are temporarily exempt from individual income tax on dividends. For holdings of one year or less, a differentiated tax policy applies. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) will have a 10% enterprise income tax withheld, resulting in a net cash dividend of 0.1125 yuan per share. Hong Kong market investors via Stock Connect will also have 10% income tax withheld.
