Industrial Bank's CIB Wealth Management approved to commence business

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. announced on November 7, 2025, that it received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration for the commencement of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CIB Wealth Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as CIB Investment). This approval officially permits CIB Investment to operate.

CIB Investment has a registered capital of RMB 10 bn and is headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. The subsidiary will proceed with the necessary procedures for business commencement in accordance with relevant regulations.

The launch of CIB Investment marks a crucial step for Industrial Bank in supporting national strategies and empowering the real economy. CIB Investment plans to leverage professional and market-oriented debt-to-equity swaps and related services to increase support for technology innovation enterprises and private businesses.
