Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech shareholder reduces significant stock pledge

Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech announced that its shareholder, Mr. Zhao Jian, along with his concerted action party, released a pledge on 9.89 million shares on November 6, 2025. This move represents 16% of his total holdings in the company and 1.05% of the company's total share capital.

Following this release, Mr. Zhao Jian and his concerted action parties now have 25.23 million pledged shares, accounting for 35.52% of their combined holdings and 2.68% of the company's total share capital. The total shares held by Mr. Zhao Jian and his concerted action parties amount to 71.04 million shares, representing 7.55% of the company's total share capital.

The company stated that the released shares are not intended for further pledging. Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech will continue to disclose any future changes in the pledge status of its shares in accordance with regulatory requirements.
