Shede Spirits to hold second extraordinary general meeting on governance, capital

Shede Spirits Co., Ltd. will hold its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on November 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the company's art center conference room. Shareholders can participate through both on-site voting and an online voting system provided by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with online voting open from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the same day. The equity registration date for attendance is November 20, 2025.
