Shanghai International Port Group president named interim board secretary

Shanghai International Port Group announced that its president, Mr. Song Xiaodong (acting as chairman), will temporarily assume the duties of board secretary. This appointment follows Mr. Yang Zhiyong, the deputy president, having served as interim board secretary for over three months, reaching the maximum permitted period according to Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

The board secretary position has been vacant for more than three months as of November 7, 2025, requiring the company's chairman to perform these duties.

Shanghai International Port Group stated it will promptly conduct the selection process for a new board secretary and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
