The engagement partners, Mr. Zhang Jianjun and Ms. Shi Yu, bring extensive experience in auditing listed companies and diverse financial structures.

The company has communicated with Zhongxinghua CPA, which confirmed its understanding and non-objection to the change. Sigma CPA has a clean record regarding civil litigation related to its professional practice over the past three years. The audit fees for 2025 will be determined by the company's operating management in consultation with Sigma CPA, based on business complexity and market rates.
