Bohai Ferry director Yang Hao resigns due to work relocation

Bohai Ferry Group Co. Ltd. announced on November 7, 2025, that it received a written resignation report from director Yang Hao on November 6, 2025. Yang Hao's resignation is attributed to work relocation, and he is stepping down from his roles as a director of the company's Sixth Board of Directors, a member of the Strategic Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Following his resignation, Yang Hao will no longer hold any positions within the company.

The company confirmed that Yang Hao's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum, ensuring the normal operation of the board. His resignation became effective upon submission to the board. As of the announcement date, Yang Hao has no unfulfilled public commitments and has completed all handover procedures in accordance with the company’s departure management system.

Bohai Ferry Group expressed its sincere gratitude to Yang Hao for his diligent and dedicated service during his tenure as a director, acknowledging his significant contributions to the company's development. The company will proceed with the election of new directors in accordance with the Company Law and the Articles of Association.
