Baiyun Airport sees strong operational growth in October 2025

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co., Ltd. announced its October 2025 production and operation data, showing significant increases in key metrics. Total aircraft movements for October reached 48,702, a 10.81% year-on-year increase, with cumulative movements for the year at 454,434, up 7.60%. International routes saw a notable rise of 9.78% in October to 10,270 movements.

Passenger throughput for the month was 7,642,215, marking a 12.04% year-on-year growth. The cumulative passenger volume reached 68,740,513, an 8.83% increase from the previous year. International passenger traffic experienced a substantial 15.21% rise in October, totaling 1,479,461 passengers, contributing to a cumulative 19.49% increase for the year.

Cargo and mail throughput in October stood at 220,023.01 tons, a 4.82% increase, bringing the year-to-date total to 1,999,310.28 tons, up 2.14%. Domestic cargo saw a 4.28% increase in October, while international cargo grew by 6.15%.
