Anhui Kouzi Distillery announces director resignation, new appointment

Anhui Kouzi Distillery Co., Ltd. announced that Fan Bo has resigned from his position as a director, effective November 7, 2025, due to work adjustments. His original term was set to expire in May 2026. Fan Bo will continue to serve as the company's deputy general manager and chief financial officer. The company confirmed his resignation will not reduce the number of board members below the minimum required or impact the normal operation of the board.

Concurrently, the company announced the election of Chen Xianglei as an employee representative director, effective November 7, 2025. This decision was made at an employee representative meeting. Chen Xianglei will serve until the end of the current board's term. He currently serves as the deputy director of the comprehensive office at the company's Dongshan Factory since May 2018 and previously served as an employee representative supervisor from May 2020 to September 2025.

The board will continue to have 9 members, with the total number of directors also holding senior management positions and those serving as employee representatives not exceeding one-half of the total number of directors, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Chen Xianglei does not hold any company shares and has no related party relationship with the company's controlling shareholders or other senior management.
