Yutong Bus reports mixed October 2025: Production and sales decline

Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. released its October 2025 production and sales data, showing a 9.27% year-on-year decrease in production volume for the month, totaling 3,228 units. Sales volume also saw a 5.62% decline compared to the previous year, with 3,040 units sold. However, year-to-date figures for 2025 show positive growth, with cumulative production up 4.56% to 37,102 units and cumulative sales up 5.87% to 36,596 units.

Breaking down the monthly data, large bus production increased by 1.67% to 1,584 units, but medium-sized bus production decreased by 32.92% to 1,039 units. Light bus production, however, surged by 34.15% to 605 units.

Similarly, large bus sales rose by 13.17% to 1,495 units, while medium-sized bus sales fell sharply by 33.81% to 967 units. Light bus sales experienced significant growth, increasing by 31.66% to 578 units. The company noted that this report contains flash data, and final figures will be provided in its regular reports.
