Yueyang Forest & Paper to hold EGM, forecasts transactions

Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd. (SSE:600963) will hold its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 11, 2025, to address two major proposals. The meeting will consider the reappointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the company’s financial and internal control auditor for 2025. This reappointment follows a positive review by the audit committee and board of directors.

Additionally, shareholders will review the estimated related party transactions for 2026. The company projects total related party transactions to be CNY 334,436.07 million, an increase from the CNY 209,675.13 million actual transactions for January-September 2025. Key transactions include the purchase of raw materials, sale of products, provision of services, and lease arrangements with affiliates such as Taigelin Paper Group Co., Ltd. and China Paper Investment Corporation.

In a separate announcement, Yueyang Forest & Paper will host a third-quarter earnings briefing on November 25, 2025. The virtual event will allow investors to engage with company management regarding its operating performance and financial health for the third quarter of 2025.
