Jingyuntong controlling shareholder releases significant share pledge

Beijing Jingyuntong Technology (SSE:601908) announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Jingyuntong Daxing Technology Investment Co., Ltd. ("Jingyuntong Daxing"), has released a pledge on 60,000,000 shares. This represents 8.57% of Jingyuntong Daxing's total holdings and 2.48% of the company's total share capital. The unpledged shares were registered on November 3, 2025.

Prior to this release, Jingyuntong Daxing had 300,000,000 shares pledged. Following the transaction, its cumulative pledged shares now stand at 240,000,000, accounting for 34.29% of its current 700,000,000 shares. Jingyuntong Daxing, along with Feng Huanpei, collectively holds 1,109,998,668 shares, representing 45.97% of Beijing Jingyuntong Technology's total share capital.

After this unpledging, the combined pledged shares of Jingyuntong Daxing and Feng Huanpei amount to 240,000,000 shares, which is 21.62% of their total combined holdings.
