Baiyun Airport schedules 2025 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co. will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on November 12, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The meeting will take place at the company's integrated services building, Section 3, South Hengsi Road, Airport South, Southeast Working Area, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Shareholders can participate via on-site voting or through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online voting system. The online voting period is from 9:15-9:25 AM, 9:30-11:30 AM, and 1:00-3:00 PM on November 12, 2025.

The agenda includes seven non-cumulative proposals, notably the appointment of financial and internal control audit firms for 2025, and revisions to the company's Articles of Association, General Meeting Rules, Board Meeting Rules, Independent Director Work System, and Management Measures for Raised Funds. Proposal 3, concerning revisions to the company's Articles of Association, is a special resolution.

Shareholders registered as of the close of business on November 4, 2025, are eligible to attend.
