Kingdom Sci-Tech: directors complete share reductions, board member resigns

Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (SSE:600446) announced the conclusion of share reduction plans by its directors and significant shareholders, Mr. Zhao Jian and Mr. Xu Minbo, as of November 5, 2025. Mr. Zhao Jian reduced his stake by 9,234,900 shares through centralized bidding, totaling CNY 155,920,855. His current holding stands at 6.56%. Mr. Xu Minbo sold 1,000,000 shares for CNY 22,224,448, bringing his stake to 4.63%. Both reductions were completed as planned.

In a related announcement, the company also reported the resignation of Mr. Xu Minbo from his positions as director, member of the strategic committee, and member of the remuneration and appraisal committee, effective November 4, 2025. Mr. Xu cited personal reasons for his departure, which occurred before his scheduled term end of October 11, 2026.

The company stated that Mr. Xu's resignation would not cause the board to fall below the minimum required number of members, nor would it affect the board's normal operations. Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech expressed gratitude for Mr. Xu's contributions during his tenure.
