Air China reports stable share capital for H and A shares

As of October 31, 2025, China National Aviation Corporation Limited reported no changes in its statutory or registered share capital for the month. Air China's H shares, with stock code 00753, maintained a total of 4,955,610,672 yuan in statutory/registered share capital, with each share having a par value of 1 yuan. The previous month's balance was also 4,955,610,672 yuan.

Similarly, the company's A shares, traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under stock code 601111, also showed no movement. The statutory/registered share capital for A shares remained at 12,492,810,328 yuan, with each share valued at 1 yuan. The total statutory/registered share capital for the company across both share classes stood at 17,448,421,000 yuan at the end of the reporting period.

The report, submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on November 3, 2025, confirmed that there were no issued or treasury share movements, including no share options, warrants, or other agreements related to share issuance.
