Willfar Information Technology has voluntarily disclosed several substantial contract awards for October 2025, totaling RMB 8,994.15. These contracts include a RMB 3,001.55 award from State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. for the second batch of distribution network material agreement inventory, and a RMB 2,108.44 award from State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. for similar projects. Additionally, the company secured a RMB 1,603.27 contract with Dalian City Tap Water Group Co., Ltd. for the first phase of its urban residential old pipe network renovation.

Further awards include a RMB 1,211.04 project from Guangzhou Suishui Technology Co., Ltd. for NB-IoT smart water meter electronic components and a RMB 1,069.85 contract from State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. for various materials. These projects collectively represent 3.28% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2024.

While these contracts are currently at the candidate or公示 stage and formal agreements are yet to be signed, they are expected to positively impact Willfar Information Technology's performance during their execution period. However, the company cautioned that the actual impact on 2025 performance is uncertain due to specific delivery schedules and on-site construction progress, advising investors to exercise caution.
