Shanghai Feilo Acoustics announces board changes, director nomination, and article amendments

Shanghai Feilo Acoustics announced that chairman Zhang Lihong will resign from her positions, effective November 3, 2025, due to work adjustments. The board has appointed Jin Fan, the company's director and general manager, to serve as acting chairman and legal representative until a new chairman is appointed. The board also nominated Liu Shuang as a director candidate, with her term to run until the end of the thirteenth board of directors' term, subject to shareholder approval.
