North Navigation appoints Liu Changyi as new deputy general manager

North Navigation Control Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:600435) held the eighth meeting of its eighth board of directors on November 3, 2025, with all nine directors in attendance. The board unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Changyi as the new deputy general manager, with 9 votes in favor.

Mr. Liu Changyi's appointment follows a nomination by general manager Hu Xiaojun and subsequent review by the Nomination Committee. His term will be concurrent with that of the Eighth Board of Directors. The Nomination Committee confirmed that Mr. Liu possesses the necessary qualifications and extensive experience in enterprise management.

Mr. Liu Changyi, born in January 1981, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. His prior roles within North Navigation Control Technology Co., Ltd. include head of the Human Resources Department, director of the Metrology and Testing Center, and head of the Strategic Operations Department.
