JAC Motors elects Sheng Baozhu as new employee representative director

Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (JAC Motors) has announced the election of Sheng Baozhu as an employee representative director for its ninth Board of Directors. This appointment follows the expiration of the eighth Board of Directors' term and was made through an election by the company's employee representative assembly. The newly elected employee director will serve a three-year term, joining the directors elected by the company's shareholders to form the ninth board.

Sheng Baozhu, born in June 1975, is a male, Communist Party member with a college degree. He currently holds the position of a senior fitter technician in the punching and welding factory of the commercial vehicle manufacturing division at Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. His distinguished career includes receiving several prestigious accolades, such as the State Council Special Allowance, Anhui Province Skill Award, National May 1st Labor Medal, Jianghuai Outstanding Craftsman, the Fifth "Automobile Wind and Cloud Ceremony" Wind and Cloud Automobile Craftsman, and National Model Worker.
