Gongniu group's actual controller reduces stake

Gongniu Group Co., Ltd. announced on November 3, 2025, a change in equity for its actual controller, Mr. Ruan Xueping. From October 31 to November 3, 2025, Mr. Ruan Xueping reduced his holdings by 21,937,700 shares through block trading, representing 1.21% of the company's total share capital.

Following this transaction, the combined holdings of Mr. Ruan Xueping and his concert parties decreased from 1,532,941,975 shares to 1,511,004,275 shares. Their total ownership percentage in Gongniu Group now stands at 83.55%, down from 84.76%. The decrease in holdings by Mr. Ruan Xueping personally was from 255,580,569 shares (14.13%) to 233,642,869 shares (12.92%).

The company clarified that this equity change is in line with previously disclosed reduction plans and does not trigger a tender offer. Furthermore, the change will not affect the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, governance structure, or ongoing operations.
