COSCO SHIPPING Holdings details recent share repurchase activities

COSCO SHIPPING Holdings completed a repurchase of 1,500,000 H shares on November 3, 2025, through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares were priced between HK$13.56 and HK$13.91, amounting to a total expenditure of HK$20,717,410. These shares are intended for cancellation.

This recent buyback follows an earlier repurchase of 3,000,000 H shares on October 31, 2025. Cumulatively, the company has repurchased 4,500,000 shares under the current authorization, representing 0.1563% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the resolution approval date of May 28, 2025. The total number of shares authorized for repurchase is 287,981,950.
