China Shenhua Energy details 2025 interim dividend distribution

China Shenhua Energy Co. Ltd. will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.98 per A-share (including tax) for the first half of 2025. This decision was approved at the company's second extraordinary general meeting on October 24, 2025. The total cash dividend for all A-shares amounts to RMB 16,161,217,195.90, based on an A-share capital of 16,491,037,955 shares.

The equity registration date for A-shares is set for November 7, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both scheduled for November 10, 2025. Natural person shareholders and securities investment funds holding A-shares will receive RMB 0.98 per share (tax inclusive) without initial tax withholding.

Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII), Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII), and Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect (Northbound) shareholders will receive a net cash dividend of RMB 0.882 per share after a 10% withholding tax. Corporate and institutional A-share holders, excluding the aforementioned, will receive RMB 0.98 per share (tax inclusive) and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
