Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway deputy general manager resigns

Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Co., Ltd. announced its board of directors received a written resignation from Yan Zuokui, a deputy general manager, on November 3, 2025. Yan is stepping down from his position due to a work adjustment, with his resignation effective from the date it was delivered to the company's board.

According to the announcement, Yan's departure will not impact the company's normal operations. As of the disclosure date, Yan Zuokui does not hold any shares in the company. His original term was set to expire on December 25, 2027.
