Weiming Environmental named supplier for Indonesia's waste-to-energy projects

The notification came from PT Danantara Investment Management, Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund. The company possesses strong integrated capabilities in waste incineration power generation technology research and development, equipment manufacturing, and project investment, construction, and operation. This designation is expected to facilitate the export of advanced waste treatment technologies and management capabilities to "Belt and Road" countries, expanding its reach into overseas waste incineration power generation markets.

The company emphasized that this initial selection is not a guarantee of final partnership or contract execution. It still needs to participate in further partner selection procedures for specific projects, and there remains uncertainty regarding the ultimate acquisition of cooperative investment qualifications and the subsequent signing and execution of contracts.
