Spring Airlines: revenue up, profit down in Q3 and first nine months of 2025

Spring Airlines reported a 6.01% increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2025, reaching 6.47 billion yuan. However, total profit for the quarter saw a 5.21% decline, settling at 1.54 billion yuan. Net profit attributable to shareholders also decreased by 6.17% to 1.17 billion yuan for the quarter, and by 10.32% to 2.34 billion yuan for the first nine months of the year compared to the same period in 2024.

For the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the company's total operating revenue rose by 4.98% to 16.77 billion yuan. Despite this, total profit for the same period experienced a slight dip of 1.46%. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the nine months stood at 2.40 yuan, a decrease from 2.67 yuan in 2024.

As of September 30, 2025, total assets reached 46.53 billion yuan, marking a 6.14% increase from the end of 2024. Net cash flow from operating activities for the nine-month period increased marginally by 0.51% to 5.54 billion yuan.
