Qianli Technology posts strong Q3 results, boosts related-party transactions

Chongqing Qianli Technology Co., Ltd. reported a robust third quarter in 2025, with revenue increasing by 51.20% for the quarter and 44.27% year-to-date, driven by growth in its automotive and motorcycle businesses. Net profit attributable to shareholders also saw a significant rise of 60.75% for the quarter and 33.37% year-to-date, reaching CNY 22,108,608.71 and CNY 53,279,391.90, respectively. This positive performance occurred despite increased advertising expenses and R&D for new intelligent vehicle cockpit operating systems.

The company's board approved an increase in its 2025 daily related-party transaction forecast by CNY 85 million, bringing the total to CNY 1,126,200,000. This adjustment reflects the "AI+Vehicle" core strategy and the need for generative AI and computing services from newly added related parties like Shanghai Jieyue Jiyuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jieyue Xingchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The transactions are based on fair market pricing, ensuring no harm to shareholders.

Additionally, the board approved several guarantees for its subsidiaries, including a CNY 96 million pledge guarantee for Chongqing Lifan Industry (Group) Import & Export Co., Ltd., a CNY 120 million joint liability and pledge guarantee for Chongqing Lifan Internal Combustion Engine Co., Ltd., and a CNY 100 million joint liability and pledge guarantee for Chongqing Ruilan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. These guarantees, totaling CNY 718 million, support the subsidiaries' operational needs and are within Qianli Technology's financial capacity, representing 6.83% of the last audited net assets.
