Hengli Petrochemical major shareholder partially releases pledged shares

Hengli Petrochemical announced that Hengneng Investment (Dalian) Co. Ltd., a concert party of its controlling shareholder Hengli Group Co. Ltd., has released a pledge on 36,770,500 shares. This represents 2.45% of Hengneng Investment's total holdings and 0.52% of Hengli Petrochemical's total share capital. The pledge release date is October 29, 2025.

Following this transaction, Hengneng Investment's remaining pledged shares stand at 540,500,000, accounting for 36.07% of its holdings and 7.68% of the company's total share capital.

Combined, Hengli Group and its concert parties hold 5,310,675,080 shares, representing 75.45% of Hengli Petrochemical's total equity. Their cumulative pledged shares now total 1,708,500,000, which is 32.17% of their combined holdings and 24.27% of the company's total share capital.

The company stated that Hengneng Investment will decide on the future use of the released shares, including potential re-pledging, based on its capital arrangements. Hengli Petrochemical will continue to monitor and disclose any changes in the share pledge status of its controlling shareholder and concert parties in accordance with regulations.
