Beijing Airport Park reforms governance, subsidiary wins CNY91.72m contract

Beijing Airport High-Tech Park Co., Ltd. will revise its Articles of Association and several key internal management systems, including external investment, related party transactions, external guarantees, fundraising, internal control, and information disclosure policies. These revisions aim to strengthen corporate governance and operational efficiency, with many changes requiring shareholder approval at the upcoming 5th extraordinary general meeting in 2025.

In a related development, the company’s controlling subsidiary, Beijing Tianyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., has been awarded a contract for the Beiguang Communication Factory renovation project, valued at approximately CNY 91.72 million. This project is expected to boost Tianyuan Construction’s market competitiveness and future performance. The company also announced a slight decrease in Q3 2025 operating revenue to CNY 84.68 million and a net loss of CNY 11.31 million, compared to CNY 87.01 million and CNY 10.84 million, respectively, in the same period last year. This change is attributed to the acquisition of Beijing Tianli Power Heating Co., Ltd., which became a wholly-owned subsidiary in January 2025.
