Aluminum Corporation of China Limited announced that its board of directors received a written resignation from Li Xiehua on October 31, 2025. Due to work requirements, Li resigned from his positions as a non-executive director, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the development planning committee. Following his resignation, Li Xiehua will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries. His original term was set to expire on June 30, 2028.

Li Xiehua confirmed that he has no disagreements with the company's board of directors and no other matters related to his resignation need to be disclosed to shareholders. His departure will not cause the number of board members to fall below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation or business activities of the company. Li has completed all necessary work handover procedures and holds no shares in the company.
